Your cellar. Your data. Your server.
CellarBoss is a free, open source wine cellar manager you host yourself. Keep track of every bottle, where it lives, when to drink it and what you thought of it.

Take your cellar with you
The Android app connects to your own CellarBoss server, so you can check what you have while you're in the wine shop or add a bottle the moment it arrives. It's in closed testing on Google Play, and an iOS build is on the wish list.

Questions
How do I get the mobile app?+
The Android app is in closed testing while it gathers the testers Google Play needs before a public release. If you'd like to help test, email contact@cellarboss.org. There's no iOS build yet because there are no Apple devices to test on. Help there is very welcome.
Is there a hosted version?+
Not at the moment. CellarBoss is built to be self-hosted, but a hosted option could be explored if there's enough interest.
Which databases are supported?+
SQLite, PostgreSQL and MySQL. SQLite needs no extra services and is the easiest place to start.
Can more than one person use it?+
Yes. Administrators can create user accounts with either an admin or a standard role, so a household or a restaurant team can share one cellar.
Can I use it commercially?+
Yes. The GPLv3 allows commercial use, as long as any modifications you distribute are released under the same licence. For a separate commercial arrangement, get in touch.
